ZH3 does it more often .. our regular Thursday evening run during the summer months continues for the second week with the Return from a month's abstinence from Beer of Thirsty Thursday...a wounded Hasher with renewed energy...be warned this Trail may contain Beer....

We will be starting as normal from the Oliver Twist Pub (in the Niederdorf) at 19:00 prompt (OK probably about 19:10 ish...).

To bring: Clothes for running, clothes for drinking, torch if you have one, a Zone10 pass and some spare cash for incidentals...The Pub Management have kindly allowed us to use their secure changing and storage facilities so we can get into our gear and leave stuff while we run/walk.

What a perfect chance to wind down from the days work by exploring more of Zone 10, getting fitter and enjoying the spring air with a digestive beer or 2 afterwards!!
